As an on-site, co-located full-time capability, the advantages of this format are numerous. Impromptu face-to-face conversations and frequent less intense shoulder-to-shoulder working sessions generate great impact, higher trust and a strong sense of community care. 

As a series of quarterly boot-camps activated using our Fundamental Facilitation tools, our collaboration creates maximum results. 

Boot-camps include a carefully designed workbook to guide your discovery and shape your priorities – before, during and long-after the event.

Throughout a fortnight of workshops and seminars, you will work individually and collectively with your creative colleagues. Unique to Fundamental Ventures, this can be accomplished without interrupting your momentum and business rhythm.

As an off-site, centralised service bureau, Fundamental Ventures facilitate one-on-one and small group conversations, by applying a combination of teleprescence and webinar solutions that engage and inform.
